I am trying to sign up for the Discord forum, and I keep being prompted to “claim my account.” However, when I try to claim an account, I keep being told my email is already registered. However, I don’t see any indication that I have previously registered. Is there a way to fix this?

We don’t do anything specific with Discord, it’s a usual signup, login, claim flow. It seems very similar to this complain - https://twitter.com/discord/status/1030086695251832832?lang=en . If you are pretty sure that you never created account and someone by mistake locked your email on Discord - I would contact them to unlock it properly. As far as I know they are pretty responsive.
