Error: X509_V_FLAG_NOTIFY_POLICY

Hi there.

I’m getting up and running for the first time with DVC and the plug in for VS Code.

I previously had dvc push / pull working, and all of a sudden, when doing a dvc push, I’m getting a strange error: ERROR: unexpected error - module ‘lib’ has no attribute ‘X509_V_FLAG_NOTIFY_POLICY’

Any idea what might be happening here?
