# Dvc exp run --queue file copy error

when I run  
`dvc exp run --downstream mystage --queue --copy-paths path_to_file.csv`  
I get

```auto
ERROR: Unable to copy 'path_to_file.csv' to 'path_to_repo/.dvc/tmp/exps/tmpdfjgyq5w/path_to_file.csv'.: 

```

– this happens only with `--queue`

access rights of myfile: 644  
`-rw-r--r-- `

any idea?

- dvc v. 3.53.2
- Python 3.9.10
- System Version: macOS 14.1.2
